The Challenge
Vapoura needed to strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and online sales while maintaining its premium positioning. The brand also faced inefficiencies in its paid media performance, a lack of CRM segmentation limiting retention, and underutilised organic social channels that weren’t fully supporting community growth or brand storytelling.

The Solution
We implemented a multi-channel performance strategy that optimised Vapoura’s paid media, CRM, and organic social efforts. Paid campaigns were refined to reach the right audiences and maximise ROAS, all while ensuring consistency in brand messaging. The CRM strategy was overhauled with audience segmentation and automated email flows to drive retention and repeat purchases. On the organic front, we elevated brand storytelling with engaging content, interactive tactics, and community-building initiatives.
